Window Tinting in Euxton: A Village of Bungalows with Sunrooms
Whether it is a house, shop or office, window tinting in Euxton starts with a visit, a few samples held against your glass and a fixed price. The hottest room in the house is often the glass one, and conservatory film brings it back to a temperature you can sit in. If people can see in, privacy film fixes it without losing the daylight.
A free survey, samples on your own glass and a fixed price come as standard. Whatever the building, we match the film to the problem rather than selling one film for everything. Our patch includes Chorley, Leyland and Buckshaw and the wider Lancashire area.

Euxton: what the local glass is like
Euxton is a village beside Chorley, with a good many bungalows, many with a sunroom or conservatory on the back.
Our Euxton sunroom
Our job is a bungalow with a conservatory or sunroom with a tiled roof. The problem is the walls of glass and not the ceiling. We filmed the conservatory windows and top lights, plus the French doors and side windows, with reflective solar control film. With a solid roof, the sun comes through the side glazing, and film stops it there.

- Bungalow sunrooms
- Euxton has many bungalows with a sunroom or conservatory on the back. With a tiled roof the sun comes in through the walls of glass, which is exactly what our Euxton job shows, and film there makes the room usable in summer.

Pricing a job in Euxton
Rates start at about £60 per square metre for entry-level film and £95 per square metre for Solar Gard, both supplied and fitted. Some examples: a conservatory, £900 to £1,420 (about 15 m²); a bay window, £210 to £330 (about 3.5 m²); a bungalow's front windows, £360 to £570 (about 6 m²).
Conservatories carry a larger figure because the roof panels are prepared and filmed one by one, so we quote them separately. Measure first, quote second: you get one fixed written price after a free visit. A comparable job is our Euxton one.
Euxton window film questions
Does the roof matter?
Yes. It decides where the film goes. A glass roof means the roof panels need filming as well as the walls, while a tiled or solid roof means the sun comes through the side glazing and doors, which is where the film goes.
Will the sunroom be dark?
A little less bright, which is the point. A light or neutral solar film does not make a room dark. It takes heat and glare out while keeping most of the daylight, and we hold samples against your own window so you can judge the brightness before you choose. Darker films give more privacy and heat rejection at the cost of light.
How long does window tinting take in Euxton?
Most jobs are quicker than people expect. Conservatories and glass roofs take longer because every panel needs preparing and filming separately. A single window takes minutes, a bay an hour or two, a typical house a day and a shopfront a morning. Large glass, glass roofs or big commercial sites take longer, and we confirm the time in the quote.
Can I still see out through tinted windows?
Yes. With bungalow front windows the view of the street is secondary to privacy, which is why darker films are popular. In daylight you see out clearly through every film we fit except frosted film. Light films hardly change the view, reflective films tone it down and one-way films give people outside a mirror while you keep your view. After dark with lights on, mirror films reverse, so use blinds or frosted film for evening privacy.
