Window Tinting in Bromborough: A Wirral Suburb Beside a Model Village
We supply and fit window tinting in Bromborough, from a single bathroom window to a full shopfront, using film made for the glass and the job. Frosted film gives the look of etched glass at a fraction of the price, and it can be taken off later. One-way film is the usual answer where passers-by can see in: by day it works like a mirror from outside while your own view stays clear.
Photos of the windows are often enough for a first price, before anyone visits. Warranty is ten years or more on most films, issued by the manufacturer. From Bebington, Eastham and Port Sunlight out to the edges of Merseyside, the process is the same.

Pricing a job in Bromborough
The rate is per square metre of glass: entry-level film starts at about £60 and Solar Gard at £95, with the fitting included. As a guide, a glazed front door and side panels (around 2.5 m²) comes to about £150 in entry-level film or £240 in Solar Gard; a bay window (about 3.5 m²) to £210 or £330; and a pair of French doors (around 4 m²) to £240 or £380.
We fix the price in writing once we have measured your windows, at no charge for the visit. If the glass is old or listed, a near-clear premium film is often the best choice and costs more per square metre. Rough figures for other jobs are on the window film prices page.
Bromborough window film questions
Do conservation areas matter?
For reflective film on a frontage, possibly. Film on the inside of the glass is reversible and often needs no consent, but a reflective finish that changes how a building looks from outside may need it, and a listed building needs checking first. A near-clear or light neutral film changes the look far less. We advise at the survey and supply the technical data and a description of the work.
Can you do several units?
Yes. Grouping units on the same estate or site makes the visit simpler and the quote clearer, and we plan the sequence so each unit is disrupted for as little time as possible.
Can window film be removed?
Yes, and cleanly. On older glass, careful removal matters, and we use heat or steam rather than aggressive scraping. We warm the film, peel it and clear the adhesive from the glass, so the window is left as it was. If you simply want a different look, we can fit a new film over the same glass. See film removal and replacement.
How much does window tinting cost in Bromborough?
It is priced by the square metre of glass, supplied and fitted. Entry-level film starts at about £60, Solar Gard at £95 and premium 3M at £300, and a bathroom window, a bay and a conservatory are very different sums. The free survey gives you one fixed price.
