Window Tinting in Birchwood: A Business Park, a Gatehouse and Modern Estates
We supply and fit window tinting in Birchwood, from a single bathroom window to a full shopfront, using film made for the glass and the job. Anti-glare film takes the dazzle out of a room while leaving most of the daylight in. Solar control film suits the sunny side of a building, cutting the heat and dazzle that blinds only half manage.
The person who surveys your windows is the person who fits the film, so there are no hand-offs. We work across homes, shops, offices, surgeries and sites, and the survey is free whichever you are. From Warrington, Culcheth and Risley out to the edges of Cheshire, the process is the same.

What we find in Birchwood
Birchwood is a business park and a modern estate on the edge of Warrington, with offices, units and a lot of newer housing.
Our Birchwood gatehouse
Our Birchwood job is a black security gatehouse with sliding windows on three sides and a glazed door, filmed with reflective solar control film. Sliding windows have to keep sliding, so we film the glass and trim clear of the runners and seals. For a 24-hour cabin we use a lower-reflectivity film so the glass does not turn into a mirror inside after dark.

Birchwood window film: how the price works
Our starting rates are about £60 per square metre for entry-level film and £95 for Solar Gard, and the fitting is included in both. Some examples: a garden office, £480 to £760 (about 8 m²); a bathroom window, £35 to £55 (about 0.6 m²); a glazed front door and side panels, £150 to £240 (about 2.5 m²).
We survey for free and put a single price in writing afterwards. Windows at height are reached by tower or platform, and that access is included in the price you are given. Premium 3M near-clear film, from £300 per square metre, is the one to ask about for period or listed glass. Our Birchwood job gives a sense of scale.
Birchwood window film questions
Will sliding windows still slide?
Yes. We film the glass and trim clear of the runners and seals, so windows still open and close freely. It is a detail that matters on gatehouses, cabins and kitchen windows, where the windows are used every day.
Can you film a night-shift cabin?
Yes, with a lower-reflectivity film. A very reflective film turns the glass into a mirror inside after dark, which is unhelpful in a gatehouse or cabin used at night. We choose a lower-reflectivity film that still cuts heat and glare by day but keeps a clear view out at night, and trim it clear of runners and seals.
Can window film be removed?
Yes, and cleanly. New-build owners often wonder about resale, and film can simply be taken off before a sale if you prefer. We warm the film, peel it and clear the adhesive from the glass, so the window is left as it was. If you simply want a different look, we can fit a new film over the same glass. See film removal and replacement.
How much does window tinting cost in Birchwood?
How much depends on how much glass there is and which film you choose. Conservatories are the biggest jobs in a home because of the amount of glass, so we quote them separately. Starting rates are about £60 per square metre for entry-level, £95 for Solar Gard and £300 for 3M. We measure first, then fix the price in writing.
