Healthcare and Surgery Window Film in the North West
In a surgery or a clinic, privacy is part of the job. Patients should not be on view from the pavement, and staff should not be sitting in glare from a bay window.
Window film does both without blinds that gather dust, can be wiped clean and never need closing. We fit it in GP surgeries, dental practices, physiotherapy clinics and treatment rooms across the North West. Healthcare window film is available throughout the North West, from Manchester and Salford in Greater Manchester to Chester in Cheshire, Liverpool in Merseyside, Preston and Lancaster in Lancashire and Carlisle in Cumbria.

Why healthcare buildings are different
A lot of surgeries and clinics are in converted houses, with large bay windows facing a street and rooms that were designed as living space. Consulting rooms, reception desks and waiting rooms all end up on view.
Our GP surgery job in Wythenshawe is a typical case: a converted semi-detached building with upstairs and ground-floor bay windows and front windows in white uPVC.

Daytime privacy, and where to add more
Reflective one-way film turns the glass into a mirror from the road in daylight, while staff and patients can still see out. In two of the photos the effect is strong, and in a third, vertical blinds show through, which is normal for reflective film when the room behind is brightly lit.
Where a room needs complete privacy at every hour, such as a consulting or treatment room, we combine reflective film with frosted film, or use frosted film alone. Our Cheadle treatment-room job used frosted film on both windows, which blocks the view day and night.

Fitting in a working practice
Plan around your clinics
We agree which rooms go when, so appointments are not lost.
DBS-checked fitters
Our fitters are employed by us and DBS checked. They are used to working around patients and staff.
Quiet and clean
No dust, no fumes, and no noise beyond a squeegee.
Evenings and weekends
If you would rather have an empty practice, we fit then.
Cleaning and infection control
Film is easy to wipe down, and it is a hard surface with no fabric to hold dust. Not every cleaning product suits every film, so we give you the manufacturer's cleaning guidance, and we suggest you check it against the products your practice uses. Harsh solvents and abrasive pads can damage film, as they can many surfaces.

We work with surgeries and clinics across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire and Merseyside. Most are quoted from photos and plans, with a survey for larger buildings.
Practices across the North West have the same priorities: privacy in consulting rooms, comfortable waiting areas and glass that wipes clean. In Greater Manchester we work with surgeries, dental practices and clinics in Manchester and Salford and the towns around them. In Cheshire the work extends from Chester to the village practices of the east, and in Merseyside from Liverpool to the Wirral and Southport. In Lancashire we cover Preston, Lancaster and the Fylde, and in Cumbria Carlisle and the market towns.
Healthcare jobs are planned around clinic hours, so the practice stays open. That applies equally in Manchester, Liverpool, Chester or Preston, and in smaller practices across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire and Cumbria. We keep to your infection control and site rules, and Lancaster and Carlisle jobs are planned over a few days. See the areas we cover across the North West.
Healthcare window film questions

Yes. We work room by room, and we also fit evenings and weekends.

Yes. Our fitters are employed by us and DBS checked.
Is reflective film enough for consulting rooms?
In daylight it gives a lot of privacy. For complete privacy at all hours, we use frosted film or add blinds.

Not every cleaner suits every film. We give you the manufacturer's guidance to check against your own products.

Fire-rated glass is tested as a unit, so we check the specification first.
