Commercial Window Tinting in St Helens: the Glass Town's Sites, Business Parks and Town-Centre Shops
Our commercial window tinting in St Helens is aimed at working buildings: reception glass, shopfronts, office floors, partitions, doors and site cabins, installed with as little disruption as possible. Anti-glare film calms bright daylight so screens, tills and tablets can be read without closing the blinds.
We check consent early where a building is listed or leased, rather than leaving it to the end. Most of the films we fit are backed by a manufacturer's warranty of ten years or more. We are regularly in Haydock, Rainhill and Newton-le-Willows, and anywhere else in Merseyside.

St Helens businesses: the glass we see and what it needs
St Helens is the glass town. Its name is bound up with the industry that made flat glass here for generations, so it is a fitting place for a window-film company to be working. The commercial glass today is mostly industrial and business-park: site offices, depots and the units around the motorway junctions, with shops in the town centre.
Our Haydock site-office job is the clearest example of what the work looks like here.
A site office in Haydock
Our Haydock job is a single-storey office on a recycling site, with grey-framed windows with top openers all round the building, a half-glazed exit door, and meeting rooms, a staff room and an open-plan office all looking out onto a working yard. We filmed every window with one-way film. From the yard the building reads as a continuous run of mirror windows, and from inside the view out is clear.
It solved three problems at once: privacy, glare and heat, and made the building look consistent. See the Haydock job page.

What to expect to pay in St Helens
Window film costs are worked out per square metre of glass, with supply and fitting together. Entry-level film starts near £60, Solar Gard near £95. Here is the sum for three typical jobs. A small office floor is worth roughly 30 m², so about £1,800 to £2,850; a salon or cafe front is roughly 10 m², about £600 to £950; and a site cabin's windows is roughly 10 m², about £600 to £950.
A visit to measure up is free, and the quote is a single fixed figure. For offices the main variable is how much glass there is, and we plan big floors in stages around your hours. There is an estimator on the window film prices page if you want to try your own sizes.
St Helens commercial window film questions
Can you film a depot office?
Yes. See our Haydock job. A depot office usually faces a yard, and one-way film gives privacy and glare control in one. We follow your site rules, inductions, permits and vehicle routes, and our fitters carry CSCS, IPAF and PASMA cards. Larger jobs are planned in stages so your operations carry on.
Can you work on a live site?
Yes. We work on live sites and in occupied buildings, following your induction, vehicle routes, permits and security rules. Our fitters carry CSCS, IPAF and PASMA cards, and larger jobs are planned in stages so operations carry on.
Can you fit outside hours?
Yes. Working outside hours is the best way to do commercial glass: no customers or staff in the way, no loss of trade and a cleaner finish. We plan the visit with you at the survey and fix the dates in writing.
What is the difference between solar, security and safety film?
Solar control film is about heat, glare and UV. Security film is thicker and holds glass in its frame against forced entry. Safety film holds broken glass together to reduce injury, and can help meet workplace expectations for glazing. Many jobs combine more than one, and we advise at the survey which film does which job for your glass.
Is there a warranty on commercial window film?
The films we fit carry manufacturer warranties, typically 10 years or more, with the paperwork handed over at the end. Offices get long hours of strong light, and film is built to cope with that for many years. That gives you a document for your asset register, your landlord or your insurer, and the people who fitted it are the people you call.
Can you provide insurance, technical data and site documents?
On request we provide data sheets, warranties, insurance details and our fitters' access cards, and we work to your site rules. Let us know at the survey what your landlord, insurer or facilities manager asks for and we will include it with the quote.
