Commercial Window Tinting in Crewe: Railway-Town Sites, Schools, Units and Town-Centre Shops
We provide commercial window tinting in Crewe for offices, shops, schools, surgeries, venues and industrial sites, fitted to the glass you already have and arranged around when you trade. Film goes on the inside of the glass you already have, so there is no replacement glazing and the frames are untouched.
Several units, floors or neighbouring premises can be grouped into one visit to keep the cost down. If film is not the right answer for a building, we say so. From Nantwich, Sandbach and Haslington out to the edges of Cheshire, the process is the same.

Crewe businesses: the glass we see and what it needs
Crewe grew with the railway, and the commercial glass is of a piece: engineering and logistics sites, business units, big schools and a college, and a town centre with plenty of shops.
It is a long way south of most of our work, and we price it honestly, with travel clearly shown. The jobs we would expect to do are the same kind we do elsewhere: sites, schools and shopfronts.

How we price south Cheshire
Crewe is one of the furthest points of our Cheshire coverage, so we are open about how the visit works: travel is shown clearly in the quote, and where several jobs can be grouped, such as neighbouring units or a school's several rooms, it is cheaper per job. We survey first, fix the price in writing and plan larger jobs over a few days.

- The station area and the town centre
- Shops, cafes and offices near the station have glazed fronts facing busy pavements. UV film and graphics are typical, fitted before opening.
- Business parks and units
- Units and offices on the business parks have glazed receptions that look onto car parks. One-way film gives privacy and cuts glare, and we fit outside working hours so the unit never stops.
What window film costs in Crewe
There is no day rate or hidden extras on the film itself: it is a price per square metre, from roughly £60 for entry-level film and £95 for Solar Gard. In practice that means a site cabin's windows (roughly 10 m²) at £600 to £950, a salon or cafe front (roughly 10 m²) at £600 to £950, and a small office floor (roughly 30 m²) at £1,800 to £2,850.
Schools and surgeries are priced by area and scheduled around your timetable or clinic sessions. Measure first, quote second: you get one fixed written price after a free visit. Our window film prices page goes into more detail and has a calculator.
Crewe commercial window film questions
Can you film a school?
Yes. Work is done in holidays and evenings. Work is done in holidays and evenings. We plan around term time, provide safety film paperwork where needed and film old and new glass on the same site, using towers for tall windows.
Can you work on a live site?
Yes. We work on live sites and in occupied buildings, following your induction, vehicle routes, permits and security rules. Our fitters carry CSCS, IPAF and PASMA cards, and larger jobs are planned in stages so operations carry on.
How long does a commercial window film job take in Crewe?
Most jobs are quicker than people expect. Tall mill and industrial windows take longer because each floor is reached by tower or platform. A single window takes minutes, a bay an hour or two, a typical house a day and a shopfront a morning. Large glass, glass roofs or big commercial sites take longer, and we confirm the time in the quote.
What is the difference between solar, security and safety film?
Think of them as three jobs. Solar film controls heat, glare and fading. Security film makes glass harder to break through. Safety film keeps fragments together if glass breaks. They overlap, and several of our films do two jobs, so we recommend the simplest film that meets your need.
